Marketing information clause

  1. The controller of your personal data and the operator of the PoloniaMedica website is “CZĘSTOCHOWA” Cargo & Travel Agency Jan Korsak, with its registered office in Częstochowa 42-200, ul. Św. Rocha 31, operating under the brand name “PoloniaMedica”, hereinafter referred to as “PoloniaMedica”.
  2. In matters of data protection, you may contact the Controller at the e-mail address info@poloniamedica.com, or by post: PoloniaMedica, ul. Św. Rocha 31, 42-200 Częstochowa.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
    a) carrying out marketing and promotional activities, including organising contests,
    b) sale of products and services,
    c) related to business activity, including for the purposes of analyses and statistics,
    d) responding to letters and applications as well as responding in pending proceedings,
    e) carrying out activities related to ensuring security,
    f) archiving.
  4. The legal basis for processing your data will be:
    a) consent - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR
    b) necessity for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, e.g. responding to your letters and applications - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
  5. Your data may be disclosed to the following recipients:
    a) processors in connection with activities commissioned by PoloniaMedica and carried out on behalf of PoloniaMedica.
    b) entities to whom the data has been disclosed on the basis of your consent.
  6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
  7. The retention period for your personal data depends on the period for which consent was given. Consent is given until it is withdrawn.
  8. In addition, we inform you that you have the right to:
    a) request access to your personal data,
    b) rectification of data,
    c) completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement,
    d) erasure of data or restriction of processing,
    e) object to further processing of your personal data,
    f) data portability.
  9. You also have the right to withdraw, at any time, your consent to the processing of your data; however, this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Consent is independent of the period during which you use the services and remains valid until it is revoked. Granting consents means that you may receive marketing information and offers tailored to your needs regarding products and services from PoloniaMedica and third parties to the e-mail address or phone number provided, and also authorises telephone contact.
  10. If you have doubts as to the correctness of the processing of your personal data by PoloniaMedica, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Polish DPA) - the supervisory authority.
  11. PoloniaMedica does not use systems for automated decision-making, including in the form of profiling.
  12. Any correspondence regarding the processing of your personal data should be sent to the Controller's address with the note "Personal data" or to the e-mail address info@poloniamedica.com .
